King Minos waits in the second circle of Hell to judge the sinners. He appears in The Von Neumann-machine.

His role in the story is very small and his name is not even mentioned. After Storm and his friends are thrown in Hell after being accused of being animals who tried to enter the Kingdom of Heaven disguised as New People, King Minos awaits them to be judged. Storm decides not to wait for this and urges his friends on to find a way out. King Minos finds this very amusing, as most sinners are scared to go further, but he never saw anyone who were in a hurry. His appearance gave Storm the first clue that the Hell he saw inside the Intruder was in fact the Hell of Dante's La Divina Commedia, as illustrated by Gustave Doré.
